Education Programmes
On Disk
Special announcement: On Wednesday 14 May we will be launching the latest On Disk programme at the Film Archive.This special curriculum-based geography programme, based on the physical and social aspects of Wellington, contains 8-hours of footage and full teaching notes.
Working with the Ministry of Education and teachers, the Archive produces the On Disk library for secondary school use. On Disk is designed for the secondary school curriculum. Completely free of charge, order online and On Disk will arrive at any NZ school within 48 hours.
For teachers looking for interesting excursions outside the classroom, we also offer a range of screening programmes onsite and regularly welcome school groups to the Archive’s cinema in Wellington.
